This was not my best week. I blame the snow. It made me eat wings, twice. Which also led to an evening incident of eating some chocolates – the bad Valentine’s Day kind. I actually caught myself sneaking them from my husband and munching on two more thinking haha he won’t ever know. But the scale does, so seriously what was the point?! It’s like when I set my car clock 10 minutes ahead to trick myself to be on time or early…but I know I have a ten minute cushion. Crazy. So I started week 3 with high hopes and definitely am not giving up just because I had a couple slip ups. That is the point of this game, right?! Well Week 3 is SCARY my meals all week include 3 liquid meals and one substantial (for birds) meal a day! Oh and my snacks, yippee! I will say we did enjoy saving a LOT of money on groceries this week and Target did me a favor and their organic liquid meals were on sale and the correct amount of calories! Thank goodness! Clearly I am well into week 3 now, but I don’t want to ruin the suspense for you, and will post this weekend about this transforming week 3! 🙂
